I've been following this six-piece Canadian indie rock band from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada since their early, early days and am happy to see that they still have that so-happy-to-be-here glow. I can honestly say that watching them perform -- watching them be absolutely in love with the moment -- makes my soul feel good. Piano, violin, cello and some amazing, heart felt vocals (remiscent of the late Jeff Buckley, in my opinion) give a really energized and bigger-than-life sound experience.
This is an unofficial but big hearted video for the Hey Rosetta! song There's An Arc from their album, into your lungs (and around in your heart and on through your blood) which was produced by Future Husband #3 errr umm Hawksley Workman. It was shot over a few hours on a winter Sunday at lead singer Tim's house, the band plays the song live in one unbroken take.
