You are awesome.
BUT you have put me in such a delightful dilly of a pickle: Every time I decide to get away from the computer for a bit and curl up to read more of your fabulous book Reality Is Broken: Why Games Make Us Better and How They Can Change The World I only make it about 3 pages before I am absolutely overwhelmed with the urge to run back to my computer, arm myself with pills and ammo and battle hordes of zombies or batsuit up and return order to Arkham Asylum or to pick up those well-worn drum sticks and pretend I'm Ringo Starr. How am I ever to make it through your book with such awesome inspiration at every turn?!
I was happy to see you at PAX East, your keynote absolutely made it worth the 8+ hour drive there and back (okay, okay, the amaaaazing exhibition hall made it pretty worth it too) and I'm glad my friends got the opportunity to hear your motivational call to virtual arms! (I totally just made it sound like you're trying to turn us all into octopuses. Awesome.)
I am only sad that by the time I finished up my interviews and the Q&A I missed getting my copy of your book autographed! I literally saw you signing, bent down to tie my shoe and *poof* you were gone -- right out of a cartoon!
I'll cut this letter short as more and more praise makes it sound like I'm frolicking around, spreading the McGonigospel to everyone I meet (which is totally only half true and OH MY GOODNESS did I just say 'McGonigospel'?! Wow...)
Take care, keep pumping out amazing ideas and earning epic loot!
